We have a strict vetting process when we employ new cleaners so that our customers can be confident in using Agnes Cleaning. We require:

Photo ID
2 references from previous employers,
Proof of current and previous address
Proof of permission to work in the UK.
If approved, the new Candidates are going through a Comprehensive in-house training program.

When we are fully satisfied with their performance we allocate her to new clients and continuously monitor the standard of service.

REGULAR CLEANER

Our vetting is carefully done to ensure that a cleaner will stay with you for a good period of time.

You'll have the same cleaner/s every time. With the exception of sickness/ absence and holidays - when we’ll have to send a substitute cleaner to you.

INSURED

We have public liability insurance to cover for any major damage within your home. The insurance cover is offered to provide peace of mind in the event of any major incidents or damage to your property.

Of course, we’re careful with your belongings, but it’s good to know you are protected against breakage that may occur while we clean your home.
